I cannot say enough good things about The Carpet Store Guelph! I have visited their store on multiple occasions for my flooring needs and the service is always excellent! Every time we walk in, my husband and I are quickly taken care of by the friendly and attentive staff. Over the years they have helped us pick out gorgeous floors for our various renovation projects. We’ve used them for hardwood on our main floor, tile (kitchen backsplash, foyer and bathroom), area rugs, as well as, most recently, vinyl plank in our basement. The pricing is very competitive and the installation itself has always gone smoothly. The installers are always very professional and efficient! The finished product is stunning and the floors have held up great over the years (even with two large breed dogs). I highly recommend this local, family owned business for any of your flooring needs.

Don’t let the name fool you… so much more than carpet! Jerry and Miguel were amazing to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the whole experience. We were on a tight turn around but they showed us what was available and the price was great compared to what we were expecting based on others who had work done elsewhere. The Installation team was very good. They started right on time and it was a big job, so when it ran a little late, another team come over to help finish up. Great work everyone! I have no problems recommending The Carpet Store to anyone who wants a top quality job done!

Excellent service by Miguel, and work teams. George and Dave were fantastic installing vinyl plank upstairs a few months ago. Don and Grant meticulous on the main floor with hardwood this week. Attention to detail by the latest team and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Only positive experiences with this company. Miguel offered better pricing on the same products that could be found at multiple locations throughout Guelph.

I also can not say enough about installation team who did an amazing job. Professional, courteous, with an impeccable eye for detail. For all future flooring needs we will only use The Carpet Store.

Miguel gave us a very reasonable estimate, the install was completed by Nuno who, in my opinion, is one of the most courteous, respectful and hard-working gentlemen I have met. He goes over and above to do an outstanding job. He is meticulous. The install went easier than I expected and the finishing trim work was outstanding. It looks better now than it ever did! I had a great experience here. I was looking for a carpet to install on the stairs into my basement. The salesperson I spoke to was very friendly and helped me find a carpet that went well with the tile in my basement. Then she took me into the stock area and found a carpet that I loved that they had right there in stock. I sent a picture to my wife and she loved it too. They cut the carpet I needed right off the roll and gave me a great price since it was a stock item. The carpet pad they recommended for the stairs is excellent quality too. I’ve had the carpet installed on my stairs for over a year now and it feels just as great as the day I put it in. I visited 4 flooring/carpet stores across Guelph and definitely got the best price and expertise right here.

Miguel was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and all-round great to work with. Nuno removed the old floors, installed the new ones, as well as the new trim – his attention to detail was incredible. He went over and above expectations. They even arranged the plumber for me. I would refer the Carpet Store to anyone.
