I cannot say enough positive things about my second experience with The Carpet Store. I was so impressed when they installed the carpet at my old house that I didn't even bother getting other quotes this time, I knew I wanted to use them again to replace my rec room carpet.

Miguel is absolutely amazing to work with; he communicates well and is very patient and understanding, which I really appreciated. He provides top notch customer service and products and makes you feel like he genuinely appreciates your business. George and Dave did a fantastic job with the installation and were friendly,  professional, and obviously very good at their job.

It is easy to leave a high review of Miguel and his team for a second floor carpet install and stairwell. He came recommended to us, was very competitively priced with both other reputable stores up the road and very easy to work with. We needed to push the install a few times to get the space renovated, Miguel was very accommodating and when the install day came, the installers were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. We needed our rental property stairs carpeted. We needed it done fast. We had tenants moving in. It was pretty stressful. Atul & Miguel made it happen. We needed to redo our basement carpet but my husband was dealing with a lot of health issues and the job kept getting postponed.  We really appreciated Miguel's patience and in the end the the job turned out great.  George and Dave did a great installation.  They were both courteous, respectful and hard-working.
