I was so impressed when they installed the carpet at my old house that I didn't even bother getting other quotes this time, I knew I wanted to use them again to replace my rec room carpet. Miguel is absolutely amazing to work with; he communicates well and is very patient and understanding, which I really appreciated. He provides top notch customer service and products and makes you feel like he genuinely appreciates your business. George and Dave did a fantastic job with the installation and were friendly, professional, and obviously very good at their job. The Carpet Store will always be my number one choice for flooring. Highly recommended!

He came recommended to us, was very competitively priced with both other reputable stores up the road and very easy to work with. We needed to push the install a few times to get the space renovated, Miguel was very accommodating and when the install day came, the installers were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. An easy 5 star review for a company that seems to appreciate the importance of customer service.

They had it done in two days AND suggested we have the left over carpet bound for an area rug. Forget the big box stores these guys know service.

We really appreciated Miguel's patience and in the end the the job turned out great. George and Dave did a great installation. They were both courteous, respectful and hard-working.
