Excellent service by Miguel, and work teams. George and Dave were fantastic installing vinyl plank upstairs a few months ago. Don and Grant meticulous on the main floor with hardwood this week. Attention to detail by the latest team and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Only positive experiences with this company. Miguel offered better pricing on the same products that could be found at multiple locations throughout Guelph.

Jerry is always very friendly and helpful. Their rates are very reasonable. And their products are superior. We did a big job last year. With the help of Jerry and his Installers it went very smoothly which made it less overwhelming. The end results were anazing. We are so loving our carpet. And how it transformed our home. We just ordered carpet for mom's downstairs apartment. We can not wait to see the final transformation. It will surely make it much more warmer and cozy for her.

Don't let the name fool you... so much more than carpet! Jerry and Miguel were amazing to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the whole experience. We were on a tight turn around but they showed us what was available and the price was great compared to what we were expecting based on others who had work done elsewhere. The Installation team was very good. They started right on time and it was a big job, so when it ran a little late, another team come over to help finish up. Great work everyone! I have no problems recommending The Carpet Store to anyone who wants a top quality job done!
