Miguel and the rest of the staff were very helpful from the first phone call to after the installation was complete. The installer was careful and did a great job. He also left the room very clean when he was finished. We are very pleased with the new flooring and would not hesitate to return for new projects. Matteo was knowledgeable ,explaining advantages in their wide selection of products , checking availability and providing an estimate right away. The carpet arrived and was installed quickly. Rana and his assistant are personal and professional as they removed the old carpet , installed the new underlay and carpet on thirteen steps and a landing.They cleaned up and removed the old material. We were told about The Carpet Store in Guelph, and we decided to check them out (we'd never heard of them before). They have a great selection of flooring options and competitive pricing. By far, however, the service and friendliness of the staff is what sets them apart. I especially wish to say that Miguel is fantastic, from helping with selection all the way through payment and product pick up. Very professional and friendly.
